I had a cat scan on my left arm last Wed. Tomorrow I go back to Dr. Gruenwald to hear his plan for doing the surgery, based on the cat scan. Remember, Dr. G. is the orthopaedic surgeon who said he'd have to "fillet" my arm to get in there and fix the splintered and broken bones. With time to think about it, I believe he and others are just preparing me to not be surprised if they can't restore it to its former level of functioning. Now I'm wondering how it will be. But that's getting ahead of myself if we're doing it one day at a time. Right?
Reminds me of Judy Snowden's little sign she made for me which I still read daily:
"Fear Not Tomorrow
For God Is Already There."
