The hospital was supposed to call me with my surgery time this afternoon. When they did not, at 7:00 p.m. I called the OR desk. They had just received an email from Dr. Hasan that the surgery was cancelled as an implant could not get here due to bad weather on the east coast. I don't understand because my new wrist implant has been here for months. I'm not sure if he had to order the implant for my elbow. If so, why didn't he do it sooner?
Also, he has not called nor emailed me personally.
I'm really steamed.
